As a research coordinator in Dr. Arnold's laboratory, I assist with creating research databases, data entry, and analysis of quantitative data for various research projects. I have a strong interest in applying biostatistics and data analysis towards clinical research, especially regarding mental health and genetics. I am also currently pursuing a Masters of Public Health in Applied Biostatistics at the University of Alberta.
My background is in the Medical Sciences (H.Dip) and Biochemistry (MSc). My experiences in basic and clinical research range from investigating properties of oncolytic viruses using a CRISPR genome-wide study, to analysis of data from a maternal-fetal health and nutrition randomized control trial.
