Lilit Antonyan, PhD

I am a Research Associate at the Dr. Paul Arnold's Lab. My project involves the development of pipelines to analyze computational genetic data from our collaborative studies (funded by the U.S. National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)).
I have earned my PhD degree in Molecular and Medical Genetics at the University of Calgary, AB Canada. I have earned my MSc degree in Life Science Informatics at the University of Bonn, Germany. During my MSc studies I was working on psychiatric genetics at the Fraunhofer Institute for Algorithms and Scientific Computing (Fraunhofer SCAI), Department of Bioinformatics. Currently, I work on psychiatric genetics projects involving microarray genotyped data, whole genome sequencing data and others. Awards/Honours/Scholarships:
