I am currently a Research Coordinator at the Calgary Eating Disorder Program (Alberta Children’s Hospital) and the Mathison Centre for Mental Health Research and Education (University of Calgary). I oversee the logistics and implementation of several research projects, mainly for adolescents with anorexia nervosa and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). My research interests include mental health prevention and intervention for children, youth, and adults. Previously, I worked in the field of eating disorders as a research assistant for the Adult Outpatient Eating Disorders Clinic at Hotel Dieu Hospital, where my work was focused on the program evaluation of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT) groups for adults with eating disorders. I have also led research projects focusing on the factors which promote resilience for systems-involved youth enrolled in youth development and community organizations.
