I am a research coordinator, primarily involved with school-based mental health research. The study I am currently working on is interested in improving specialized mental health services in Calgary schools. It is a collaboration between the Calgary Board of Education and the University of Calgary, funded by the City of Calgary. Previously, I completed my Master of Applied Psychology at Rutgers University, where I provided behavioral therapy to young adults with severe autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as part of my practicum experience. Broadly, my research interests revolve around positive youth development, ethnic-racial socialization, and utilizing strengths-based approaches.
